Stretching Past My Limits

Most of us have a preset stop-gap, a level of performance when we say this is the zenith of what I can achieve. Today my EFT and meditation and yoga is all about going past that marker to truly create something wonderful inside of me. I want to challenge myself and see if I can go further then I ever have before. Yesterday when I was performing my asanas in the nearby park, I could feel that my boundaries were about to be exceeded in short order, and for the first time ever in Janu Sirsasana I could almost touch my head to my knee. It was such a liberating feeling. I wasn't forcing it and I wasn't rushed. I could just breathe into each pose and it didn't feel urgent. I was at the end of my day on a nice and sunny afternoon. Children were gazing at the fish and ducks in the little made made lake, young lovers were kissing on benches and I was experiencing my own little personal Zen of a stretch. It felt ahhhhh... mazing, and it happened when I least expected it. No personal competition was waged inside my head and I didn't push it during the day or in my yoga practice so my body just unfurled to even newer possibilities. Today I'm going to try and duplicate that near-perfect no-pressure practice and see how much more ground I can cover. I'm just going to take my time and exceed my current abilities each time I inhale and let go...

Yoga And A Royal Wedding?

It's such a beautiful sunny day and I'm feeling romantic. Probably because of The Royal Wedding. A prince and a princess joining in matrimony just feeds into every girl's fantasy. And I will have to say the current prince and princess make a lovely couple. Hopefully it's a love-match because I looks to be. The theme of the day seems to be the outdoors. With that in mind, I think I'm going to take a while to myself and indulge in yoga in the open air of the nearby park. Just me, the wind, a large patch of grass and a Weeping Willow tree overhead. Now that the weather's nice, it will be wonderful to take in the fresh breeze and gratitude in some challenging and uplifting asana poses. Maybe being out in such dreamy weather will have an equally imaginative affect on my psyche and I'll enjoy sweet repose this evening boosted by the metaphysical toils of the day. And while everyone's still buzzing about the Royal Wedding between William and Cathrine, I'll be knee-deep in the bliss of a freeing yoga pose. Katy and Will should know such happiness right!

Opening Indigo

I've decided to leave all opening of my 7th chakra, the Crown chakra alone for now and solely for this year work on the first 6 chakras from Root Chakra to the Third Eye. This makes the Third Eye for all intents and purposes the temporary zenith of my meditation. I've noticed something about myself that a really good friend drew to my attention and that is that I rarely dream. Since vivid, clear dreams are a sign of an open Third Eye, I'm taking a wild guess here and making the assumption that my Third Eye needs working on. So to that end I'm going to work on opening my indigo (the color that represents the Third Eye chakra). And I'm going to keep at it until inspiration hits me smack between the eyes. Starting in the month of May I'm going to devote 1 month to each Chakra. May will be for the 1st of 6 chakras which is the Root Chakra. I will work on all 6 of my chakras with a focus on strengthening my Root. In October I will zero in on my Third Eye, and I just know that will be an amazing turning point in my journey. So here's to charging ahead into the future with no turning back!

Digging Deeper

Today I felt as if I unearthed something basic and elemental inside of myself. I can really see that the yoga, meditation and EFT are starting to show up in my life in ways that are totally unexpected. In my massage therapy, I've found that I am able to connect with the client and further assist in their healing. Because my inner self is calmer and more at peace I am able to project the energy of that tranquility onto my client. As my chakras are opening up I'm able to resonate not only with my clients but people that I meet in a more confident and grounded manner. Right now my soul is running bare foot down through a soft grassy meadow over-flowing with flowers and I'm throwing caution to the wind because I know that each step is sure and firm beneath me. My root chakra is anchored fearlessly in the ground and from that place I blossom.

Instant Serenity

When I meditate while visualizing the different points of energy that make up the chakras I imagine the colors associated with each point swirling clockwise on the body. I allow myself to surrender to the energy of each chakra and feel the waves of it strengthen all parts of my body mind and spirit connected to it. Now I find that when I focus in on my meditation it comes to me almost instantly and an overwhelming sense of calm descends over me right away. I focus in on a weak chakra and I'm able to zero in on it that much quicker. I guess like with anything practice makes perfect. I can say that more than anything, I am truly getting a grasp on exactly what it means to be joined together in body and mind. This must be what it feels like for a rock climber to glimpse the top of a cliff precipice and relish the obstacles ahead knowing that each hand-over-hand puts you closer to the destination; all the while missing the battle to the top before it's reached it's edge.

Mental House Cleaning

Using EFT to help yourself and others can be a really incredible experience. In my journey to enlightenment, I hope to help many others along the way by spreading the stories of what I've done to help myself. This is more of the old adage that you can't help others unless you first help yourself. I'm discovering the more that I work on my own issues and concerns, the easier it is to help other people in work and in my daily life. Clearing away old programmed thought patterns has had an healing effect on me that is so profound I can't put it into words.I've found that the more I practice EFT and free up my body of clogged energy frequencies and structurally integrate my body via yoga and massage, the better I feel mentally and physically. It is nothing short of amazing how things are beginning to change for me. And what's impressive is that I sense that this is only the start of good things to come for me within the realms of my personal growth. I can see a bigger and brighter horizon looming just ahead in the distance and I'm getting closer and closer to it as each sun sets and rises.

Learning A Little More Each Day

Every passing hour I find myself more and more fascinated by the twists and turns of my journey. Some days a certain yoga pose will present a greater challenge and teach me just how much I have yet to know about my body. Other times I'll reach a new plateau with EFT and an emotion will surface from deep inside and show itself to me in all it's rawness. Then I will have to tap on it until it releases away from me like a bird taking flight and leaving my body. Or maybe during an intense meditation, I will see the path stretched out before me and notice a mental roadblock to be moved that I hadn't seen before. This is all a part of the educational process that I'm going through. It's an initiation of sorts; during which I have to face the tribulations and joys of the way to enlightenment. It's an ever-changing process which soars to new heights as one day melts into the next and I realize my calling to heal and be healed.

Centered On The Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is personified by the colors green and pink. It signifies your personal center of healing, compassion, love, acceptance, and gratitude. All the gentlest and most caring of emotions emanate from within it. Your heart chakra is most appropriately located in the center of your chest just above your ribcage. I like to imagine a strong green outer shell resonating around my heart chakra's energy center which is a pink soft and vulnerable core. The pink represents caring and a softer approach, while the green wisely acts as a filter to strain out less pure elements, or people or things that it senses mean us harm, while also acknowledging their right to exist and be. When we activate our heart chakra fully, we are able to both love closely and at a distance without judgment or fear and we broaden our horizons away from bias. We truly and freely enjoy the love that comes our way and express our love for others with completeness and honesty. My goal today is to meditate on opening my heart chakra. Just think of all the good we could do if we all worked on opening up our hearts and letting out the gifts of our unconditional love to the world.

One Minute Meditation

I've learned meditation doesn't have to be a long drawn out process. Of course having the time to sit in Seated Cross-Legged Pose contemplating your existence would be nice if you had the time, but sometimes that's just not practical. I like to occasionally take my meditation in strides. Maybe I'm riding in a car, or I have a moment before my next client and only a moment, or maybe I'm sitting in the a waiting room somewhere? I find these times are the perfect excuse to find a bit of Zen in a brief centering meditation. If you are weak in a certain chakra, use this opportunity to reflect on the color associated with that chakra and for 1-5 minutes, or however much time you have free, focus on that center of energy and that color. Remember to close your eyes and take it seriously even for the few minutes that you have. An example would be, if you were wanting to strengthen the root chakra, draw your attention to the base of your spine and imagine the color red emanating from that spot and expanding in a clockwise, circular motion all the way down to your feet like a crimson spiral. Then see if you can quickly envision the other chakra spots from orange to violet. Don't spend anymore then 5 minutes on this exercise. The idea here is to effect improvement slowly and a bit at a time. I love doing this simple meditation because it clears my mind of anything I'm stressing about and helps me to focus on having a brighter day; which brings me that much closer to owning a peaceful inner being.

Cyber Yoga

Technology is an amazing thing! I just completed an online yoga session with Swami Ji, as he told me to call him for short. His full name is Swami Mahavanam Saraswati. He has studied various disciplines including Yoga, Vedanta,Tantra, and acupressure. It was a privilege to have learned from him. Swami Ji is one of the yogi's on a very cool and informative website for yoga called Divine Wellness. Click here to check them out. They have online yoga classes that you can sign up for, of which the first 2 yoga classes are free of charge (no credit card needed and no catch). Thereafter, if you choose to continue, you can subscribe for more classes for a fee. The session was unbelievable and the Swami Ji was so educated and serene to work with. In a non-judgmental way he gently guiding me through a valuable hip-opening session that really increased my flexibility. I was impressed by his calm manner and friendly grasp of the complexities of yoga knowledge. I highly recommend that any yogi beginner to advanced try this service out. Browse the site and register for the free membership so that you can deepen your your yoga practice by working with yoga gurus straight from the birthplace of yoga which is India. You'll be so glad you did. And since I won't be going to India anytime soon, I have a feeling that this website will become invaluable to me.

Healing From The Inside Out

With everything that I am doing I have confidence that I will discover the path to enlightenment. I'm using the energy of my own body to rejuvenate itself daily. It's something that is a steady and sure evolution towards a better me. EFT is so instrumental in my journey that although I'm sure I would've found an alternative, it's benefits cannot be denied. I puts me in a clearer and more secure state of mind and arms me to face the stresses and any negative vibes that might come my way. That being said, I love Brad Yates. Today I'm going to focus on his EFT sequence for letting go, entitled Letting Go and Letting God.This is an amazing EFT session that will help you to release stuck energy and promote a general feeling of calm and well-being. You don't have to believe in god to do with EFT session. You can simply put your trust in the universe and the fact that what will be will be. So enjoy surrendering to a power higher then yourself even if that power be Mother Nature. Let go...

Learning Each Day With Yoga

Am I still doing EFT everyday? You betcha! However, I am of course delving daily into the subtleties and complexities of my yoga practice. I love referring to a really cool site called Yoga Journal for guidance in my yoga journey. It is the online accompaniment to a hard copy magazine of the same name. Yoga Journal's website lets you explore poses in depth and get a handle on proper alignment, as well as assess the personal benefits that you can glean from a pose so that you can tailor make a practice session that fits you perfectly. Yoga Journal online also has a slew of articles that will help you to integrate the yogic lifestyle into something that works for you, exploring breath-work, health concerns, general interest topics relating to yoga, and even videos to show you how-to's. I regard this website as a staple to my yoga education. I regard Yoga Journal as another step in my goal of becoming a yoga instructor in the summer of the coming year. My yoga practice is helping me achieve my goals one day at a time.

Red Is For Root Chakra

Today is all about connecting with the color red in every aspect. During my chakra meditation I focused in on the color red while imagining it swirling from the base of my spinal column all the way to the tips of my toes. I did this while taking a root chakra soak that I made with eucalyptus essential oil, fresh lemon, essential oil of lemon and of rose, a tincture of parsley and 1 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of epsom salt respectively. This bath stimulates detoxification of the endocrine system which is directly connected to the root and sacral chakras.Afterwards I drank a tea infusion of nettle and burdock root. It really cleared my system and helped to open up blocked meridians in my body.I also went to the store and purchased some red fruits and
veggies. Apples, red tea, and tomatoes for a tomato, balsamic vinegrette salad made with organic olive oil went well with dinner, as well as organic kidney beans and brown rice. The combination is chasing my prediliction for anemia away and reviving my energy center. Yoga with a slant torwards lower body work as a healing balancing agent is also working immensely. I'm walking, breathing proof of the body's ability to heal itself using energy work.

Energy And Chakras

Raising Kundalini energy is a challenge -- one that I'm taking on with full-speed ahead. I've learned that it's OK to have set-backs in yoga and in health because those mis-steps help you to further align yourself with your steady progress and your growth to change and expand. My focus is to strenghten and broaden my root chakra. With that in mind I've been working with various poses such as Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend) to build the stamina in those areas and help me become more grounded in my 1st chakra. Strongly imagining the color red swirling clockwise from the beginning of my root chakra all the way to the tips of my feet during my meditation has been of great benefit as well. I still have a ways to go but starting with meditation and sound therapy has put me on the road to healing. Exploring the relationship between massage and chakra therapy is another part of my journey. Pulling all these resources together is having a synergistic effect that is profounding changing my approach to health. Going ahead I know that blending several different methods together to create a whole picture is where my path will eventually lead me.

Favorite Poses For Letting Go

Live in his song Operation Spirit (The Tyranny Of Tradition) talks about an amazing thing. He talks about how we can be chained to traditions and things that don't mean anything in the here and now. He says he "let it go." The same can be said for negative emotions that hold us back from growing inside and outside. With EFT I've had a chance to let go a lot of things that I no longer have use for -- old held atrophied emotions that didn't serve me well and were only suppressing any true change for the better. With yoga I'm also addressing some of my favorite poses that help me to release from deep in that place of acceptance and resolution. These poses help me give up everything that doesn't help me to come out on the other side of my reality with more strength and resolve to continue my journey. So without further ado, here are my personal favorite yoga poses to expand into, not in any particular order. Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose). I love this pose because you can really breath into it, and it's also great for anxiety, fatigue, headache, stress, neck pain and a variety of other ailments. There's the yummy hamstring stretch of Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend). Thinking about this asana makes me want to get into it again and just relax forward. This pose is wonderful for improving digestion and for lowering high blood pressure. Balasana (Child's Pose) is a pose I love to use in between the exertion of a challenging yoga vinyasa. It helps me to come back to myself and heralds an intense feeling of calm. Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose) is an asana that soothes digestive ills and opens the chakras of the root, sacral and solar plexas. This amazing asana can begin to awaken your kundalini if practiced regularly. The Lying Spinal Twist (Jathara Parivrittasana) gently stimulates you digestive tract and just plain feels so good as you unravel the stress in your whole back and hip joints. If you're a beginner feel free to fully bend your knees in this pose. And lastly but not least I love, love, love, Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose). In this asana you can really just allow yourself to be. It's a wonderful pose stretch the inner thighs and relax tight pelvic muscles. Try these poses out at the end of a tiring day and you'll be rejuvenated and prepared to rest for the evening.

Expanding My Root Chakra

Our root chakra is the great grounding influence within us. It is represented by the boldness of the color red. A healthy root chakra strengthens us and gives us the necessary will for survival. It also deals with our ability to feel safe and secure in our surroundings and ourselves. Any blockages in this chakra can effect our self-confidence and our social lives as they involve our family and home life. As a child who was raised in a cult religion, when I left that religion (Jehovah's Witnesses) I was lost and adrift. Disillusioned, I didn't know who or what to believe it. I was lost and had to find my way. During this search I came to terms with the physical and verbal abuse that framed much of my family life growing up. A family is a person's foundation and because that was shaken to the core and to quote R.E.M. I was "Losing My Religion", I had to reclaim a part of myself that didn't exist and start from scratch. My root chakra, was blocked for years and it took many steps some intentional and others not to unblock it. Now as an adult I sometimes find myself beset by bouts of anemia (an ailment that often affects people who don't have strong root chakras. Today I realize, that as far as I have come, I still have a lot of work to do. I want my root chakra to blossom fully like a perfectly formed red rose, ready to face any challenging possibility. So my focus in EFT and with yoga will be to further develop my root chakra. It's a journey, and I'm following my path one step at a time. And wearing the color of the chakra you are trying to unfold is encouraged, so I guess it won't hurt to add a lot of red to my wardrobe. Or maybe I just need an excuse to buy a new dress?

Something Really Amazing

There is something really amazing happening to me right now. It's this journey inside myself that is full of unexpected turns and forks in the road. It's me fully accepting and loving every part of my from the tips of my toes to the ends of my hair; confident in knowing that my soul is smiling effortlessly as it steadily heals. Overcome depression? Check. Getting past toxic childhood? Check! Achieving personal goals? Check! Working on being deliriously happy? Check. Every time I say to myself that "I'm really doing it," a bright and sunny feeling surges right through me, right from my grounding root chakra to the top of my crown chakra. Wow! There's definitely something happening and it's really, really big! I can feel part of myself changing and growing everyday and I'm not resisting that metamorphosis. I can't wait to see where I'll be same time next year!

Working Miracles

What I've seen in barely 2 weeks is an amazing shift in my way of thinking. Using EFT gives you a surprisingly flexible way of looking at the world. Absolutes such as never, and always just don't exist. Practicing EFT on a daily basis whenever you feel stressed and utilizing it to uproot deep-set emotional turmoils, allows your mind and heart to give way to new ground. And there is nothing better then a true fresh start; one that you can really embrace with a spirit of fearlessness and excitement. In doing this we learn to love the innermost part of ourselves to the core and to experience bliss on a level that doesn't have anything to do with our surroundings. The gas prices can rise, the car could break down, business could be slow with a sagging economy, and you might have just had a fight with your family, but none of that matters because within yourself you have this inner knowing that you will be OK. And whatever happens or has happened, you are sharply aware of the fact that you have this unique and amazing coping tool to help you banish the negativity from you life and keep you sane. And that is the beauty of EFT. It really is an Emotional Freedom Technique!

The Power To Mend A Broken Heart

I've found that EFT is some pretty potent stuff. Since I've been using it as an emotional coping tool, it has helped me immensely. And now I've found that it is also an essential tool for picking up the pieces of your feelings after emotional fallout. I've started to help others with this tool and have found it to be immeasurable in value. I've found that the more I use EFT, the more I want to open up what I've learned to others. I want other people to discover that this is not just a quick fix, but used on a regular basis you address a stubborn issue and all the feelings that come out that are surrounding that problem can rid you of it forever. That's a pretty heavy statement but it is so true. Each time I use it it corrodes that much more of the sediment that had built itself around my heart and soul-- freeing me in ways I've never dreamed were possible. That's the gift and the blessing of EFT. To learn more go here, or watch this informative Youtube video by a super-talented tapping expert to get started quickly!

Working From The Inside Out

Because I've been practicing my EFT faithfully everyday for over 10 days now, a lot of stale and stagnate emotions are starting to surface. I've reflected on how being isolated while being raised in a religious cult from childhood, hampered a lot of my social abilities growing up. Old issues from relationships that I've been through were a popular theme and also self-doubt. I was able to tap through a lot of it with success and come out on the other side with barely a scratch. There are many things surrounding these issues that I still have to deal with, but I'm tapping them away one at a time. The part of me that used to be so empty inside from my 9 year bout struggle with depression is filling up with all the good that I've been establishing with my yoga and EFT and meditation. I'm beginning to center myself and become grounded in my own reality. From the inside out I am starting to glow with calm, focus and healing energy. I know there are a few rough patches ahead, but I am confident that I can navigate right through them.

Dealing With Emotions

Using EFT to deal with emotions is probably one of the most powerful things that a person can do. You can clear away anger, fear, guilt, and a host of negative feelings that invade our lives. It's OK to feel these things, but when they continue to linger past their expiration date, then they can hamper us and get in the way of our personal growth. I often use EFT to uncover the layers that dwell within me. There I find a lot of unfinished business and secrets hidden within my subconscious that I need to erase and reprogram. My journey is still in progress and only time will tell where I end up, but I'm willing to go on my path; looking ahead to the future.

Soul Blossoming

It's springtime and it's out with the old and in with the new. EFT allows for you to spring-clean your soul. It's only when all the baggage is checked from the terminal that is your life-path that you can move ahead and your spirit can bloom. And boy is my spirit awakening and growing with each new yoga practice and EFT session. All of the old stuck and stale energy is washing away as if an April shower had my mind and heart as it's destination. There's definitely a new beginning on the horizon and I'm excited as to where that start is going to end up.There's nothing more refreshing then striking out on your own with a new discovery awaiting you. I'd love it if every reader of this blog would learn EFT and give it a try. There isn't anything to lose but a whole lot of negative thoughts and feelings, and there's everything to gain.

Aligning My Life With Energy

It's wonderful how EFT is transforming my life's path. In yoga and in life, aligning yourself is essential and the key to to self development and growth. This month along with my commitment to practicing EFT everyday for a month, I am deepening my yoga practice by paying closer attention to my alignment and the way I set up my body in each movement and pace myself with my breath. Rodney Yee's DVD's have been a great visual guide, showing me what to do. On Rodney's Blog, I found a wonderful video showing beginners the proper alignment for Sun Salutation. It has made me even more watchful of the way I hold my body so as not to stress and strain by body. Check it out right here. Every day I'll continue my practice and fine-tune it in every way, while using EFT to reach higher and higher for my goals.

Experiencing Useless Emotions

Joe Vitale in his book The Key: The Missing Secret for Attracting Anything You Want, describes guilt as a "useless emotion." I concur, but to Mr. Vitale's list I will also add fear as being another useless emotion. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying don't be safe and don't fear jumping off a high-rise building with no parachute. I'm talking about those emotional and mental skyscrapers that people create in their minds. I've done it before and we all do it. I'm talking about things beyond our comfort zone. Maybe we don't have the courage to tell our boss that her or she is undermining our self-worth, or our challenge is public speaking. It could be that a room full of people makes us retreat into shyness. Could it be we're afraid to take the next step in a romantic relationship? Or are we afraid to go after our true passions and dreams? Living life this way is a self-sabotage and in doing so, we can never get what we want. To quote what the American Idol judges, Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, and Randy Jackson say all the time; "you have to take risks." If the thought of doing that makes you cringe, it's time for few rounds of EFT. EFT has been so helpful to me in my life that I cannot even say. And the more I clear away my own hangups, the more my eyes are open to the fact that so many people in the world could have lives that were more worthwhile to them if they just let go of their guilt and fear. In the end when you think about it harboring those emotions changes nothing and doesn't promote personal grown, but fosters more personal decay. So let go of the pain of guilt and fear and let your life blossom. I know I most certainly am! In the spirit of today's posting, check out this powerful tapping session by Brad Yates. It'll blow your mind! If you need a little help understanding EFT try this handy introduction to the concept of EFT. Enjoy.

Wow!

I'm realizing just how happy I am that I found EFT! There really isn't another method like it out there. I've gained so many benefits from it. I've tapped away fear, rejection, pain from persistent headaches, and even a really bad infection I had. It's just more proof-positive that we are all just large bodies of energy made up from microscopic burst of energy in the form of atoms. Once I learned how to clear my mind of the influence of negative thought patterns, I noticed just how cramped and narrow my thinking had been. I would tell myself that I couldn't do something, or be something and I would actually believe it into existence. Someone said 'you are what you eat'. Well it really turns out that 'you are what you think'. Limiting belief systems are like spiderwebs that you get entangled in and can't find a way out of. The more you twist and turn and fret against them, the harder it gets to pull free. Take a note from EFT and acknowledge them, accept them, love yourself and then forgive yourself for having them and it all goes away. Tap your way to a more fulfilling and rewarding life by embracing your flaws and moving past them!

EFT and Kundalini

Today is a day that feels so full of possibilities. I'm still practicing yoga daily along with meditation and I haven't missed a single day thus far. What I've noticed in combining yoga and meditation with EFT is that it is creating a potent power house of personal energy. Today my yoga style of choice was Kundalini. If you've read my earlier blogs you'll know that Kundalini is all about harnessing the energy that is inside your own body stored around your spinal column and awakening that energy; enlivening it to then rise from the base of your spine up to the crown of your head like a snake. Kundalini loosely translates into "serpent energy" or "coiled energy". EFT works when you repeat various affirmations and tap along the acupressure points which relate to your body's meridians or 'energy pathways' and old, stagnant energy is released along with negative thought patterns and emotions. I've found both of these practices to have a synergistic effect, meaning they work really well together as a unit. I'm anxious to see how I'll feel and where I'll be mentally at the end of this month. Come May 1st I think I will do another chakra test just to give my month-long goal a tangible result that is on paper. But deep down inside I know that I really don't even need that. The benefits I'm getting from this are crystal clear to me and I can feel them increasing day by day. It's really amazing when you think about it!

Clearing Resistance

EFT is way of getting past yourself, jumping over the hurdles that you've set up in your own path to sabotage everything that you are trying to accomplish in your life. It's funny how fear and doubts can stop you from gaining your full potential. In particular today I  can really vibe with Brad Yate's Clearing Resistance EFT session. I felt so much lighter and stronger after having done it. It was amazing really. It's only negative thought patterns that get in the way of us really accomplishing what we desire, and the fact that we deny that our most fervent dreams are  possible before we've even tried them out. Whenever I get discouraged in my yoga practice, or in my life, I can just work through my issues with EFT. The more I practice EFT, the more my mindset starts to change. A friend of mine was telling me the other day that now sometimes he doesn't even have to tap, and that it's enough for him to just imagine the effects of tapping for it to become real to him. That's the power of the mind and the potent nature of energy healing for making changes in our psyche. For a free tutorial watch here and free yourself!

Mental Blocks

The craziest thing about EFT, yoga, meditation and my whole experience thus far is that I've noticed a lot of limiting belief systems and sabotaging mindsets start to fall away. It's amazing to me that things that I never would have thought possible just 6 months ago are starting to happen for me. I'm getting to space in my life where I truly believe that anything is possible. I know that may sound corny but it's totally true. I can see throughout my lifetime how many times I've gotten in the way of my own self and it's mind-boggling why I didn't see it before. But then again, there were so many other things in the way, fear, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, and a host of other emotions that were stopping me from moving clearly ahead. Today the sun is shining, the blue sky is out in full force, and I really feel like my tomorrows will have silver linings in their future. I just have to keep doing what I'm doing and I'll succeed in whatever I put my mind to!

Another Day With EFT

I just finished my daily round of EFT, using the same video links as I posted yesterday on my blog. It's crazy how much these videos can affect my mood. If I'm feeling down, they give me an instant boost of confidence and energy to constantly evolve into my better self. My yoga practice was revealing as well, because today was the first time in a long time that I actually felt that different areas of my body the seemed out of alignment. It's like I'm going deep within my body and into the caverns of my spirit slowly putting everything right with each passing practice. It's great to know that I'm tighter on my left side then my right in some asanas and just the opposite in some others. I have this wonderfully positive feeling that all my internal quirks will work themselves out eventually and I'll be a more balanced individual over all. I'm looking forward to it!

April Fool's Day

The results from the chakra test are in! I'm excited to find that all of my chakras are open. The root chakra is open 44%, the navel chakra (solar plexus) is open 25%, the throat is open 56%, the third eye 69% and the sacral, heart and crown chakras are a little over-active respectively at 75% each. So I guess I got a little carried away with imagining the colors orange, green and purple, or maybe my chakras are just finding their own balance. At any rate there is a marked improvement from last month. I do feel different; more in control of my body and soul. Today I challenged my self to the first day of 10 minutes or more of EFT! Below are three EFT sequences that I did today. I plan to do at least 10 minutes of tapping per day until May 1st which is probably 2 or 3 different EFT videos daily. I already feel worlds better. It's amazing what such a simple process can do !in terms of mental and emotional health. I'm going to continue with my yoga and meditation daily to enhance my life. I am learning so much from this process every single day.
